There is no public translation patch for Kenzan yet, so you have 3 choices on how to actually play this.
- KHHSubs Walkthrough Guide (Translates the main story, just play and watch as you go along.)
- Sugoi Translator (OCR program meant for VNs, it can work, but is very janky and text detection is hit and miss most of the time.)
- Learn Japanese (lol)
